OUR VALUES
CHRIST: He transformed our lives. He set us free. His leadership is our example to follow.
PEOPLE OVER PROFIT: It is a paradigm shift, but people are more important than profit. When leaders understand this, and implement it correctly, their people become supercharged. And supercharged profit will follow.
IMPACT: If we are not developing a lasting impact, there is little fruit. Impact people, their families, and their communities.
VETERANS: It is much of our history and we value veterans and their families for the selfless service and sacrifice that gave us. We aim to honor veterans by providing them a workplace to thrive and leverage their unique skillsets.
Why “Take the Hill country?”
We are inspired by the leadership example set by Caleb, as recorded in 14th chapter of the book of Joshua. Israel’s leaders were drawing up battle plans for each tribe but no one wanted to be assigned the Hill Country. It was full of giants. There were fortified positions. It would be costly to take. Undeterred, Caleb at the age of 85, said “Give me the Hill Country!” Instead of choosing the valley, where things were easy, he went for the challenge because he was confident that God would give him victory.
Where the greatest challenges live, there also resides the greatest opportunity.
